The ideal candidate has excellent problem-solving, communication skills, and is self-driven. The Systems Administrator assist students and staff with their software and hardware needs. The candidate is responsible for the implementation and support of computer applications as well as distribution of hardware. Knowledge of technology including determining capacity needed, setting up and maintaining organizational video meeting equipment, purchasing technology for staff and student use, licensing and installing needed instructional software. They will not only manage technical operations of computers and peripheral equipment, but assist teachers with integrating hardware and software to support instruction. The Systems Administrator job will include technical support, such as troubleshooting and maintaining computer hardware and software, assest management, and device recommendations. The ideal candidate will work within such platforms as Google workspace and Office 365. Network Administrator knowledge a plus.
